Your License to Us
Any content you submit to Azba.Me (such as testimonials, reviews, comments, or shared templates) grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, and repurpose that material for marketing, educational, or product improvement purposes.
Services Provided
Azba.Me is a ClickUp Verified Expert agency offering:

ClickUp Templates (Digital Products)
All ClickUp templates sold via the Site are digital products. Upon purchase, you receive a link to duplicate the template into your own ClickUp workspace.
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template outside your organization
- Claim the design or content as your own
- Use the templates in products or services that you sell without written consent
Due to the digital nature of the product, all template sales are final and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- ClickUp Services: Non-refundable once the project has started. Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made in writing before work begins.
- Templates & Digital Products: All sales are final.
- Custom Payment Plans: Failure to meet installment deadlines may result in paused access or cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
Azba.Me will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our templates, services, or platform access. Your use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under local jurisdiction.
